The view from the room was amazing, with a fine ocean view, made waking up in the mornings a real treat. The staff at the hotel were also quite helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated right on the beach and away from the noisy parts of the city.

the bed linen in the room was noticeably old and worn, made for an uncomfortable sleep.

The beach in front of the hotel was not crowded like the others, providing a serene and relaxing experience. The room itself was spacious, nice, and clean, with all the comforts I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. the hotel's proximity to the department store and the convenient bus stop right in front made it easy to explore the city and access amenities.

The Ramada By Wyndham in Acapulco was a great choice for our recent stay. As foreign tourists, we loved the modern and recently renovated apartment that comfortably accommodated four people. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was top-notch. The location was fantastic, with a supermarket just a minute's walk away. We also appreciated the convenient bus transportation to Condesa beach and other coastal spots, with buses running frequently. The proximity to a seafood market across the road was a bonus, as we enjoyed fresh fish every morning. The view from our room was stunning, and we loved the spacious balcony where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. The room itself was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the beach, allowing me to easily enjoy the beautiful sandy shores. The beds were comfortable, and the daily room cleaning ensured that everything was kept super tidy. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist when I needed a pan to boil water.
